b. Package the Item:
- Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.

c. Include RA Number:
- Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

d. Ship the Item:
- Send the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

5. Inspection and Processing:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return and exchange criteria. If the item is deemed eligible, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

6. Exceptions:
